Brahmapuri(28 Oct): Common citizens have faith in the justice system. One court decision can change people’s lives. Therefore, people look forward to the court’s decision. Therefore, Bombay High Court , Nagpur Bench Judge and Guardian Justice of Chandrapur District Avinash Gharote asserted that the process of giving justice to common people should be speeded up from this new building.
He was speaking at the inauguration program of the new building of Civil and Criminal Court at Brahmapuri (District Chandrapur). Chief District and Sessions Judge of Chandrapur Samriddhi Bhishma , Civil Judge and Magistrate of Brahmapuri Shrimant Chakkar , co. Civil Judge Mr. Gutte , President of Taluka Advocates Association Hemant Urkude etc. were present.
Guardian Justice Avinash Gharote said that there is excitement on the occasion of the inauguration of the new building of the court and witnessing this historic moment , the new building of the civil and criminal court has been completed due to tireless work . Brahmapuri is a historical city. This taluka is called Vidyanagari and is also considered as the home of education. The old court building dates back to the British era and has a different history. Moving from a historic building to a new one is a pleasant affair. From the post of constable to the post of judge, everyone is performing their duties in the court. He gave valuable advice to those present that they should do their work honestly and make the name of the court shine and also take care of their health and follow the law in the stressful life .
He further said , the glorious history , rich heritage , unique customs , traditions and the support of good judges and eminent lawyers have conferred great status on Brahmapuri city. It is a pleasure to be present at the inauguration of the new building of Brahmapuri Court . Access to justice is the most fundamental principle of the Constitution. The lawyers were asked to ensure that the knowledge and experience of the law along with new facilities , computers and artificial intelligence can be used to settle the cases of the parties and to ensure that justice is delivered as soon as possible . Clarity always drives man forward. The real point of law should be explained to the party. He also said that this will strengthen the party’s trust in him .
Chief District and Sessions Judge Samriddhi Bhishma said , the real backbone of this program is the party. This structure stands in tangible form for the convenience of parties , lawyers and judges. Many people helped in the construction of this building. She said that Brahmapuri city has got historical , cultural and social heritage and also has religious importance . Earlier , the program was started by Saraswati Poojan and lamp lighting by dignitaries.
Inspection of New Court Building:
On this occasion, Guardian Justice Avinash Gharote inspected the new building of Brahmapuri Civil and Criminal Court. Along with that, the old court building was also inspected.
Honored by Guardian Justice for Contribution to Building Construction:
For contributing to the construction of the new building of the court, Sub Divisional Engineer of Public Works Department Shri. Chahare , Executive Engineer (Electrical) Mrs. Verma , Contractor K.C.Patel were also felicitated with shawls , shrifal and badges and the students of Hindu Gnanmandir , Brahmapuri for rendering Maharashtra Geet. On this occasion , MLA Vijay Wadettiwar along with Sub Divisional Officer Sandeep Bhasme , Tehsildar Usha Chaudhary , Chief Magistrate Arshiya Juhi along with District Judge etc. were present.
Judges Madhuri Kewalgote and Rishikesh Hingangaonkar presided over the program and Civil Judge Shrimant Chakkar gave the vote of thanks.
