Nagpur – A 40-member team of digital journalists from Vidarbha started an agricultural study tour from Nagpur to Jalgaon today. Journalists from Nagpur, Wardha, Buldhana, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts of Vidarbha have participated in this tour.
During this visit, the journalists were introduced to Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., Jalgaon. Jain Hills Agriculture Research Demonstration Center will be visited here. Different types of research are going on at this center for the upliftment of farmers. This tour is organized to understand the future farming (future farming), farming in soilless media, hydroponic, aeroponic farming, tissue culture technology, world’s first state-of-the-art biotech lab and other projects.
Among the journalists participating in this tour are Pratik Sable, Dilip Ghormare, Anup Pathane, Vilas Gondale, Ashish Dhapudkar, Sachin Dhankute, Sanjay Dhongde, Ganesh Shende, Rajendra Kavaduji Nimsatkar, Sheikh Dildar Sheikh Sikandar, Prashant Krishnaji Chandankhede, Sachin Pandurang Meshram, Ananta Sitaram Govardhan, Suleman Baig, Kishore Karanjekar, Gopal Kadukar, Prafull Urkude, Anand Ambekar, Devnath Gandate, Rajendra Uttalwar, Sunny Bhongade, Suresh Dange, Shekhar Gajbhiye, Nattyu Ramelwar, Kavishwar Khadse, Sandeep Gaurkhede, Anil Singh Chavan, Anup Bhopale, and Rupesh Vanve, Raju Dongre, Dinesh Laicha are included.
