Pune(Dated 24th February):- Established political parties are constantly spreading misinformation about the political leadership of Bahujans. The hateful mentality towards the Bahujan Samaj Party is evident from the behavior of the Congress-BJP. In such a situation, it is not befitting for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to spread misinformation that the BSP is the ‘B team’ of the BJP, said Dr. Hulgesh Chalwadi, state general secretary of the Bahujan Samaj Party and in-charge of Western Maharashtra, on Monday (24).
The Iron Lady of the country, Ms. Mayawati Ji, who was the four-time Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh , has done the work of showing the Congress its place. Dr. Chalwadi claimed that the Congress is trying to confuse the Bahujan people with this. Especially in a state where the Congress is strong, the Congress’s sentiment towards the BSP and its cadres has remained hateful and communal. However, in a state like Uttar Pradesh where the Congress is weak, taking the BSP along for political gain shows the double face of this party, said Dr. Chalwadi.
Whenever the BSP contested elections in alliance with communal parties like the Bahujan Congress, the BSP’s votes were transferred to the Congress. However, the Congress votes were not transferred to the BSP. The BSP suffered a blow. The character of the BJP and the Congress has always been Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Ambedkar’s followers, BSP and its leadership, Dalit-Bahujan followers and also anti-reservation. That is why the country has lagged far behind in fulfilling the equality and welfare goals of the Constitution, said Dr. Chalwadi.
If Congress had not acted as BJP’s B team in the Delhi Assembly elections, they would not have been in this situation. The bail of many Congress candidates was forfeited. In such a situation, Dr. Chalwadi has advised that Rahul Gandhi should think ten times before speaking on any issue, especially regarding BSP chief Ms. Behen Mayawati ji, and that he needs to pay attention to the condition of his party.
