“जेएनयू” फिल्म की स्क्रिप्ट विवाद में उलझी

मुंबई (अनिल बेदाग) : इस हफ्ते की शुरुआत में विनय शर्मा की फिल्म ‘जेएनयू:जहांगीर नेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी’ की रिलीज डेट को तकनीकी कारणों का हवाला देते हुए अनिश्चित काल के लिए आगे बढ़ा दिया गया था। सूत्रों से पता चला कि रवि गोसाईं ने हाई कोर्ट में कुछ याचिका दायर की है, जिसमें दावा किया गया है कि फिल्म उनकी अनुमति के बिना उनके द्वारा लिखी गई स्क्रिप्ट पर बनाई गई है और फिल्म के शीर्षक में रवि गोसाईं का कोई जिक्र नहीं है। रवि गोसाईं एक जाने-माने अभिनेता हैं जिन्होंने अपने करियर की शुरुआत फिल्म माचिस से की थी और अब वह धारावाहिकों में लगे हुए हैं।

रवि ने मामला विचाराधीन होने का हवाला देते हुए इस मुद्दे पर टिप्पणी करने से इनकार कर दिया। ऐसा लग रहा है कि दोनों पक्षों के बीच विवाद का फैसला होने तक दर्शकों को फिल्म देखने के लिए इंतजार करना होगा।

JNU film script dispute in Mumbai High Court

Earlier this week the release date the film Vinay Sharma’s JNU:Jahangir National University, was pushed indefinitely citing a technical reasons. It was found out from the sources that Ravi Gosain has filed some proceedings in High Court, Claiming that the film was made on the script written by him without his permission and there is no mention of Ravi Gosain in the title of the film. Ravi Gosain is a well-known actor who started his career with the film Maachis and is now engaged in serials. Ravi Gosen has refused to comment on the issue citing that since the issue is subjudiced and refused to comment. Looks like the audience will have to wait to see the film till the dispute is decided between the parties.
