संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने आरएसएस को अपने निशाने पर लेते हुए उस पर राजनैतिक-सैद्धांतिक हमला किया है। मोर्चा की मीडिया सेल द्वारा जारी एक पर्चा में आरएसएस को देशी-विदेशी कॉर्पोरेटों का राजनैतिक एजेंट करार देते हुए पूछा गया है कि मोदी गारंटी के नाम पर जुमलेबाजी करने वाली आरएसएस-भाजपा लोकसभा के इन चुनावों में मजदूर-किसानों की आजीविका के मुद्दों पर चुप क्यों है? पर्चा में आरएसएस की सांप्रदायिक विचारधारा को देश के विभाजन के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए आरोप लगाया गया है कि किसानों के संयुक्त आंदोलन के खिलाफ वह दुष्प्रचार कर रहा है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने कल ही एक पर्चा जारी किया है, जिसका शीर्षक है : “किसानों से क्यों नाराज है आरएसएस?” इस पर्चे के जरिए आरएसएस के उन आरोपों का जवाब दिया गया है, जो उसने पिछले सप्ताह ही नागपुर में आयोजित अपने अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा में लगाए थे। संघ के महासचिव दत्तात्रेय होसबोले ने किसान आंदोलन के पीछे विघटनकारी ताकतों का हाथ बताया था और आरोप लगाया था कि “लोकसभा चुनाव से ठीक दो महीने पहले अराजकता फैलाने की कोशिशें फिर से शुरू कर दी गई हैं।” संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने कहा है कि ये गंभीर आरोप बिना किसी तथ्य के लगाए गए हैं और मोदी सरकार की किसान विरोधी, मजदूर विरोधी, कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक नीतियों के खिलाफ किसी भी असहमति को ‘राष्ट्र-विरोधी’ के रूप में चित्रित करने के कॉर्पोरेट प्रयासों का हिस्सा हैं। उसका मानना है कि आरएसएस किसानों से इसलिए नाराज है कि इस लोकसभा चुनाव में आरएसएस-भाजपा गठबंधन द्वारा पेश किए जा रहे “अयोध्या” आख्यान और अन्य धार्मिक विवादों की जगह किसानों के संयुक्त आंदोलन ने लोगों की आजीविका के मुद्दों को प्रमुख एजेंडे के रूप में सामने लाया है और मोदी सरकार को कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक तीन किसान विरोधी कानूनों को निरस्त करने के लिए मजबूर किया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा देश के 700 से अधिक किसान संगठनों का संयुक्त मंच है, जिसने मोदी सरकार द्वारा पारित किसान विरोधी कानूनों के खिलाफ आंदोलन का नेतृत्व किया था और आज भी फसल की सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद की गारंटी देने, किसानों को कर्जमुक्त करने, वरिष्ठ किसानों को पेंशन देने, बिजली क्षेत्र और सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों और उद्योगों के निजीकरण पर रोक लगाने तथा मजदूर विरोधी 4 श्रम संहिताओं को वापस लेने जैसी मांगों पर देशव्यापी आंदोलन/अभियान चला रहा है। इस आंदोलन की धमक पूरे देश में दिख रही है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने कहा है कि जो आरएसएस कल तक “स्वदेशी आर्थिक नीति” की दुहाई देती थी, वह आज साम्राज्यवाद, मुक्त व्यापार समझौतों और विश्व व्यापार संगठन के समक्ष मोदी सरकार की “घुटनाटेकू” नीतियों तथा जल, जंगल, जमीन, खनिज और अन्य प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को देशी-विदेशी कॉरपोरेट के हवाले करने वाली नीतियों पर मौन है। इससे आरएसएस के उसी साम्राज्यवादपरस्ती का पता चलता है, जिसका परिचय उसने स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के समय अंग्रेजों का वफादार भक्त बनकर दिया था।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने हिंदुत्व की राजनीति के जनक वीडी सावरकर और आरएसएस के पितृ-पुरुष गोलवलकर पर भी सैद्धांतिक हमला किया है और उनकी सांप्रदायिक राजनीति को देश के विभाजन के लिए जिम्मेदार बताया है। वर्ष 2002 के गुजरात दंगों सहित कई सांप्रदायिक दंगों में आरएसएस की भूमिका बताते हुए पर्चा में कहा गया है कि “धर्म पर आधारित हिंदू राष्ट्र की विचारधारा एक आधुनिक लोकतांत्रिक और धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र-राज्य के विचार के खिलाफ है। आजादी की लड़ाई सभी धर्मों के लोगों ने लड़ी थी, लेकिन आरएसएस ने इस लड़ाई से गद्दारी की थी, इसलिए आरएसएस की विचारधारा निर्विवाद रूप से राष्ट्रविरोधी है।” आजादी के 77 वर्षों के बाद अभी भी आरएसएस असहिष्णुता और धार्मिक नफरत का जहर फैला रही है। पर्चा में एमएस गोलवलकर के “बंच ऑफ थॉट्स” के हवाले से कहा गया है कि 1933 में जब पूरा देश भगत सिंह, राजगुरु और सुखदेव की फाँसी की निंदा कर रहा था, तब आरएसएस इन क्रांतिकारियों के विशाल बलिदान को “विफलता” के रूप में चित्रित करते हुए इन शहीदों की ही निंदा करने में व्यस्त था।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दबाव में उजागर चुनावी बांड घोटाले पर आरएसएस की चुप्पी पर भी सवाल उठाए गए है। पर्चा में कहा गया है कि इस घोटाले ने भाजपा को भ्रष्टाचार के स्रोत के रूप में उजागर किया है, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री सहित दोषियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने की मांग करने के बजाए वह मौन है और इस घोटाले के साथ खड़ी है। इसलिए सभी देशभक्त ताकतों को आरएसएस को अलग-थलग करने और उसे बेनकाब करने के लिए एक साथ आना चाहिए।

Samyukta Kisan Morcha has targeted RSS and launched a political-ideological attack on it. In a pamphlet issued by the Morcha’s media cell, calling the RSS a political agent of domestic and foreign corporates, it has been asked why the RSS-BJP, which make jumalebaji in the name of Modi guarantee, are silent on the issues of livelihood of workers and farmers in these Lok Sabha elections. Why is it? The pamphlet holds the communal ideology of RSS responsible for the partition of the country and alleges that it is spreading propaganda against the joint movement of farmers.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has released a pamphlet yesterday with the title: “Why is RSS angry with farmers?” Through this pamphlet, Kisan Morcha has responded to those allegations which RSS had made in its All India Pratinidhi Sabha held in Nagpur only last week. RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale had blamed disruptive forces behind the farmers’ movement and alleged that “just two months before the Lok Sabha elections, efforts to spread anarchy have been started again.” The Samyukta Kisan Morcha has said that these serious allegations have been made without any facts and are part of corporate efforts to portray any dissent against the anti-farmer, anti-worker, pro-corporate policies of the Modi government as ‘anti-national’. Morcha believes that the RSS is angry with the farmers because instead of the “Ayodhya” narrative and other religious controversies being projected by the RSS-BJP alliance in this Lok Sabha election, the farmers’ joint movement has put people’s livelihood issues as the main agenda brought to the fore and forced the Modi government to repeal three pro-corporate anti-farmer laws.
It is noteworthy that the Samyukta Kisan Morcha is a joint platform of more than 700 farmer organizations of the country, which had led the movement against the anti-farmer laws passed by the Modi government and even today, it is running a nationwide movement/campaign on the demands like the crop is being procured at a minimum support price of one and a half times the C-2 cost, making farmers debt free, pension to senior farmers, banning privatization of power sector and public undertakings and industries and withdrawal of 4 anti-labor labor codes. The brightness of this movement is visible in the entire country.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has said that till yesterday the RSS was used to cry for “Swadeshi Economic Policy”, is today silence on policies calling for “kneeling” policies of the Modi government in front of imperialism, free trade agreements and the World Trade Organization and water, forest, land, minerals and handing over other natural resources to domestic and foreign corporates. This reveals the pro-imperialism of RSS, which it had demonstrated by becoming a loyal devotee of the British during the independence movement.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has also made a principled attack on the father of Hindutva politics VD Savarkar and RSS patriarch Golwalkar and has held their communal politics responsible for the partition of the country. Pointing out the role of the RSS in several communal riots, including the 2002 Gujarat riots, the pamphlet states that “the ideology of a Hindu Rashtra, based on religion, is against the idea of a modern democratic and secular nation-state. The freedom struggle was fought by people of all religions, but RSS had betrayed this struggle, hence the ideology of RSS is unquestionably anti-national.” Even after 77 years of independence, RSS is still spreading the poison of intolerance and religious hatred. The pamphlet quoted MS Golwalkar’s “Bunch of Thoughts” and said that in 1933, when the entire country was condemning the hanging of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev, the RSS was describing the huge sacrifice of these revolutionaries as a “failure” and was busy in condemning these martyrs.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has also raised questions on the silence of RSS on the electoral bond scam exposed under the pressure of the Supreme Court. The pamphlet said that this scam has exposed the BJP as a source of corruption, but instead of demanding prosecution of the culprits, including the Prime Minister, it is silent and stands by this scam. Therefore all patriotic forces should come together to isolate and expose the RSS.
