रायपुर। मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के राज्य सचिवमंडल सदस्य संजय पराते ने दूरदर्शन के अपने चुनाव प्रसारण में मतदाताओं से छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा की हार, एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष सरकार के गठन और विधानसभा में वामपंथ की उपस्थिति को सुनिश्चित करने का आह्वान किया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि इन चुनावों में भाजपा की हार से अगले साल केंद्र में भी भाजपा के कुशासन से मुक्ति की संभावना और मजबूत होगी।
माकपा नेता ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि वर्ष 2018 में हुए छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के चुनाव में आम जनता ने स्पष्ट रूप से भाजपा के 15 सालों के कुtशासन, उसकी सांप्रदायिक नीतियों और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की कॉर्पोरेट लूट के खिलाफ अपना जनादेश दिया था। इसके बावजूद भाजपा ने इससे कोई सबक नहीं लिया। उसने पिछले पांच सालों में शांतिप्रिय छत्तीसगढ़ में सामाजिक सद्भाव को बिगाड़ने की कोशिश की है। माकपा नेता ने अपने संबोधन में भाजपा पर आरोप लगाया कि विपक्ष में रहते हुए भी आदिवासियों के बीच उसने धर्म के आधार पर ध्रुवीकरण करने की कोशिश की है। जो आदिवासी ईसाई धर्म के अनुयायी हैं, उनके चर्चों पर हमले किए गए हैं, उनकी लाशों को गांव में दफनाने से रोका गया है और उनका सामाजिक बहिष्कार करके उनके नागरिक अधिकार छीने गए हैं। इस उत्पीड़न के कारण सैकड़ों आदिवासियों को अपने गांवों से पलायन करना पड़ा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता को केंद्र की भाजपा राज की नीतियों से उपजे दुष्परिणामों को ही सहना पड़ रहा है। जीएसटी सहित विभिन्न मदों में मोदी सरकार ने छत्तीसगढ़ के 55000 करोड़ रुपए रोक कर रखे हुए हैं। भाजपा राज के दो सालों का बकाया बोनस देने पर भी उसने रोक लगा दी, जिससे किसानों को 5000 करोड़ रुपयों का नुकसान हुआ है। हसदेव अरण्य के कोयला खदानों को कॉर्पोरेटों को सौंपने के लिए तिकड़मबाजी आज भी जारी है। विधानसभा से पारित आरक्षण विधेयक राज्यपाल के पास लंबित है। कॉरपोरेटो के मुनाफों को बढ़ाने के लिए नगरनार के स्टील प्लांट को बेचने की योजना पर अमल किया जा रहा है तथा वन संरक्षण कानून और आदिवासी वनाधिकार कानून को केंद्र के स्तर पर ही कमजोर किया जा रहा है। इससे आदिवासियों का जीवन-अस्तित्व ही खतरे में पड़ गया है।
पराते ने कहा कि चूंकि भाजपा का इस देश के संविधान तथा संवैधानिक मूल्यों, लोकतंत्र और धर्मनिरपेक्षता पर विश्वास नहीं है और वह हमारे धनिरपेक्ष देश को हिंदू राष्ट्र में बदलना चाहती है, इसलिए केंद्र और राज्य में उसका सत्ता में आना खतरनाक है। इस चुनाव में भी उसके पास एक भी ऐसा प्रत्याशी नहीं है, जिसका चेहरा ‘उदार’ हो।
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा की जन विरोधी नीतियों का नतीजा है कि देश में भयानक आर्थिक असमानता बढ़ गई है। मानव विकास सूचकांक में भारी गिरावट आई है। महंगाई और बेरोजगारी चरम पर है और नफरत की राजनीति फल-फूल रही है। आज समाज को विभाजित करने और एक अंधविश्वासी और अवैज्ञानिक समाज को गढ़ने की साजिश जोरों पर है। इसलिए इस विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को हराना बहुत जरूरी है।
‘मोदी की गारंटी’ के नाम पर जारी भाजपा के घोषणापत्र को चुनावी छलावा करार देते हुए उन्होंने इसे रेवड़ियों का पिटारा बताया है और कहा है कि जल, जंगल, जमीन, खनिज और अन्य प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की कॉर्पोरेट लूट और आदिवासियों के संवैधानिक अधिकारों और मानवाधिकारों के बारे में भी वह चुप है। ऐसे में उसकी किसी भी गारंटी पर आम जनता कोई भरोसा नहीं कर सकती।
उन्होंने कहा कि आम जनता की अपेक्षाओं पर कांग्रेस भी खरी नहीं उतरी है। भाजपा राज में आदिवासियों पर हुई हिंसा के लिए जिम्मेदारों पर कार्यवाही करने के मामले में वह विफल साबित हुई है। वनाधिकार कानून और पेसा का क्रियान्वयन निराशाजनक है। इसलिए विधानसभा में ऐसे वामपंथी प्रतिनिधि की उपस्थिति भी जरूरी है, जो सरकार को जन अपेक्षाओं के अनुकूल कदम उठाने के लिए मजबूर कर सके। इसके लिए उन्होंने कटघोरा, लुण्ड्रा और भटगांव में माकपा प्रत्याशियों को विजयी बनाने की अपील की।
*CPI(M) said in Doordarshan broadcast : Voters should defeat BJP to form a secular government*

Communist Party of India (Marxist) state secretariat member Sanjay Parate, in his election broadcast on Doordarshan, has called on voters to ensure the defeat of the BJP in Chhattisgarh, the formation of a secular government and the presence of the Left in the Assembly. He has said that with the defeat of BJP in these elections, the possibility of getting rid of BJP’s misrule at the Center next year will become stronger.
In his address, the CPI(M) leader said that in the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections held in 2018, the public had clearly given their mandate against the 15 years of misrule of the BJP, its communal policies and corporate plunder of natural resources. Despite this, BJP did not learn any lesson from this. He has tried to disturb the social harmony in peace-loving Chhattisgarh in the last five years. In his address, the CPI(M) leader accused the BJP that despite being in the opposition, it has tried to polarize the tribals on the basis of religion. Those tribals, who follow Christianity, have had their churches attacked, their bodies have been prevented from being buried in the villages and they have been socially boycotted and their civil rights have been taken away. Due to this oppression, hundreds of tribals have had to flee their villages.
He said that the people of Chhattisgarh are having to bear the adverse consequences arising out of the policies of the BJP rule at the Centre. Modi government has withheld Rs 55,000 crore from Chhattisgarh under various heads including GST. It also stopped giving the outstanding bonus for two years of BJP rule, due to which farmers have suffered a loss of Rs 5000 crore. The maneuver to hand over the coal mines of Hasdev Aranya to the corporates continues even today. The reservation bill passed by the Assembly is pending with the Governor. To increase corporate profits, plans to sell Nagarnar steel plant are being implemented and the Forest Conservation Act and Tribal Forest Rights Act are being weakened at the central level. Due to this, the very existence of tribals is in danger.
Parate said that since BJP does not have faith in the Constitution of this country and its constitutional values, democracy and secularism and it wants to turn our secular country into a Hindu Rashtra, it is dangerous for it to come to power at the Center and the state. Even in this election, it does not have a single candidate whose face is ‘liberal’.
He said that the result of anti-people policies of BJP is that economic inequality has increased in the country. There has been a huge decline in the Human Development Index. Inflation and unemployment are at their peak and politics of hatred is flourishing. Today a conspiracy to divide the society and create a superstitious and unscientific society is in full swing. Therefore, it is very important to defeat BJP in this assembly elections.
Describing the BJP’s manifesto issued in the name of ‘Modi’s Guarantee’ as an election gimmick, he has described it as a rabble-rouser and said that it is silent on the issue of corporate plunder of water, forests, land, minerals and other natural resources and violation of the constitutional rights and human rights of the tribals. In such a situation, the common mass can not trust any of its guarantees.
He said that Congress has also not done up to the expectations of the common public. It has proved unsuccessful in taking action against those responsible for the violence against tribals during the BJP rule. The implementation of Forest Rights Act and PESA is disappointing. Therefore, the presence of such a leftist representative in the Assembly is also necessary, who can force the government to take steps in accordance with public expectations. For this, he appealed to make CPI(M) candidates victorious in Katghora, Lundra and Bhatgaon.
