Blood thrombosis is called “rakt thrombosis” or “rakt ganthan” in Hindi. This is a medical condition in which a lump or thrombus forms in the blood, blocking a blood vessel. This lump can develop in the blood vessels or deep veins and if it grows large, it can cause serious health problems. Doctors usually suggest medicines and medical procedures for the treatment of blood thrombosis so that this problem can be controlled.
Dr. Shivraj Ingole, professor and interventional radiologist at JJ Hospital and Grant Medical College, Mumbai, says that the causes of blood thrombosis in Hindi: Adulthood: Increasing age and obesity can be the reasons for increasing thrombosis. If you work sitting for long periods of time, do your best to improve blood flow to prevent the ends of your feet from getting chapped. Medical conditions like heart disease, cancer, diabetes can increase the risk of developing blood thrombosis.
The risk of blood thrombosis may increase during pregnancy, as blood flow increases during pregnancy. The risk of blood thrombosis may increase in people who sit for long periods of time or travel long distances after waking up late.
Certain medications such as hormone therapy and medications such as disulfiram can increase the risks of blood thrombosis. Always consult your doctor to understand the impact it may have on your health, especially if you have any of the reasons mentioned above.
Mechanical thrombectomy is a medical procedure used to remove blood clots (thrombi) from a blood vessel, usually in the context of treating stroke or deep vein thrombosis. During this procedure, a specialist device is used to dissolve or remove the blood clot, restoring blood flow and preventing further problems. This is especially a consideration when clot-busting drugs (thrombolytics) are not effective or safe. The use of mechanical thrombectomy has made significant contributions to the treatment of certain vascular conditions, helping to improve outcomes for patients.
